1. The name b2b.solvex.bg, as well all the information and arrangement of b2b.solvex.bg, are owned by Tourist agency Solvex EOOD and are protected by the Bulgarian Act of Copyright and related rights.
2. This website is for use by tour operators or other travel agents acting on behalf of members of the public. We do not accept bookings made by members of the public to make travel bookings. We reserve the right to deny access to this Site at any time without notice.
3. B2b.solvex.bg grants you a limited license to use this site in accordance with these General conditions and the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
4. Any software that is made available to download from this website ("software") is the copyright work of b2b.solvex.bg, its affiliates and or their suppliers. Any use of this software is subject to the "fore signed agency/or licence agreement." All materials contained in this website, including design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and software, are the copyright property of b2b.solvex.bg or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third party licensors. No material from this may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without the written permission of b2b.solvex.bg. You may not use any "robot," "spider" or other automatic device, or a program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process, to monitor or copy any of the Web pages, data or content found on this site, in any case without the prior written permission of b2b.solvex.bg.

9. b2b.solvex.bg and its suppliers have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website including all hotels and other information are accurate.The hotel and other information provided are listings provided by relevant suppliers. B2b.solvex.bg publishes such information in bona fide. The partner acknowledges and accepts that b2b.solvex.bg cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in such information, nor can liability be accepted for changes to facilities which are not notified to b2b.solvex.bg by the relevant hotel and other suppliers in question.
The partner also acknowledges that: (i) while b2b.solvex.bg endeavours to keep accurate and up-dated all information contained on this website, b2b.solvex.bg cannot be responsible for errors, omissions, or misleading information contained in the hotel or other listings or information, and (ii) the hotel or other listings may contain errors. If a certain facility is important to the client, then partner should check with b2b.solvex.bg that this facility or feature will be available during the client’s dates of stay.
10. B2b.solvex.bg reserves its right to modify and/or change, without notice, any information, itineraries or programs presented in this website, or anything else presented in this website, as a result of changes caused by service suppliers or third persons in general or any other reason.
11. The hotel rating shown is b2b.solvex.bg own rating and is intended as a guide for comparison purposes only. Tour Operator's usually have their own ratings for when they assess accommodation unless otherwise stated. The rating's that are shown on our website are the Tour Operator's own ratings and are an attempt to give a guide to the overall quality of properties. Tour Operator's universal ratings are usually based on the views taken from customer feedback and of senior managers. Where applicable, official ratings are given by the authorities in the country, and do tend to give a fair impression of relative standards within that country. However, different countries have different standards; so don't assume that a 3-star hotel in one country is equivalent to a 3-star hotel in another.
12. B2b.solvex.bg and any third party providers and agents make no warranty of any kind regarding this site and/or any materials provided on this site, all of which are provided on an "as is" basis. B2b.solvex.bg and any third party providers and agents do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any of the content or data found on this site and such parties expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
13. Neither b2b.solvex.bg nor any third party providers or distributors warrant that this site, its servers or any e-mail sent from b2b.solvex.bg are free of viruses or other harmful components.
II. Terms and Conditions of Services
1. Rates
All rates are NET in Euro. The rates are subject to change due to the increase of VAT or of any other taxes. Any such increase/decrease will automatically affect the published rates. The valid rates for any services booked are as published on the b2b.solvex.bg website at the time of reservation. The rates are all live and the pricing across the vast range of product is moving every second.
The rates of hotel accommodation include all compulsory taxes and supplements, as handling fee, community tax, representative tax, compulsory supplements for NY / Christmas dinner and etc. You may book a hotel by using “Best offer” or any offer from “Other Offers”. You are obliged to note the offer, which you used, in the booking form and in the voucher. Please pay attention that some offers have special restrictions and conditions.
2. Bookings
All your bookings made in b2b.solvex.bg are live and will be confirmed automatically or within 24 hours. If any detail on the booking confirmation is not correct tell us immediately.
You may book all additional not obligatory services (for example ski services, not compulsory NY/Christmas dinners, fruits/wine in the room, baby sitting services and etc.) by e-mail only.
If you want to change or cancel a booking of hotel accommodation, the reservation number must advise us by emailing us at reservation3@solvex.bg. Cancellations and/or amendments received after the start of release periods and/or terms for changes or cancellations are subject to a penalty, that will be invoiced to you at the amount as specified for each hotel. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check all the details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
In the event of a confirmed booking being unavailable, b2b.solvex.bg and/or its accommodation provider will endeavor to offer an alternative solution of the same or higher standard in same location/area or manner. In the event where this is not possible b2b.solvex.bg may offer a full refund if the alternative solution is not preferred. B2b.solvex.bg will also endeavor to contact you prior to the client’s departure and advise you of this unavailability. In the case where this is not possible b2b.solvex.bg will endeavor to ensure that the relevant supplier looks after any changes as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
All the excursion bookings, that have been changed or cancelled by you up to 15 days prior to the starting date, are not subject to penalty. The cancellations of the excursion bookings made by you later than 14 days prior to the starting date will incur a 100% charge.
All the bookings of resort transfers, that have been changed or cancelled by you up to 2 days prior to the arrival date, are not subject to penalty. The cancellations of the resort transfers made by you later than 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
Under no circumstances can b2b.solvex.bg and/or the owner of this website be held responsible for any delay, deviation or cancellation due to weather conditions, nor can any trip be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions.
3. Payments
Full payment of confirmed bookings is obligatory at the latest 12 (twelve) working days prior to the first service booked unless otherwise stated in specific reservations or offers. Payment shall be made by bank transfer or through the website b2b.solvex.bg with credit card. All bank transfers charges, credit card fee and other bank charges have to be paid by you.
4. Cancellations by b2b.solvex.bg
B2b.solvex.bg reserves the right to cancel your bookings in some cases, as follows:
- If the booking is not paid by you in the required terms;
- in the event of system error, system malfunctions and/or price calculation error;
- If there are not enough people booked on the excursion. If we cancel the excursion you can either have a refund or accept a replacement excursion from us of equivalent or closely similar standard and price (if one is available).
- If tourist’ behavior is disruptive or affects other tourists or is threatening or abusive towards our staff, hotel staff, drivers, guides or other third parties, on the telephone, in writing or in person. In any of these circumstances no refunds or compensation will be paid to the tourist and we make a claim against the tourist for any costs and expenses incurred as a result of tourist’ behavior. Criminal proceedings may also be instigated.
