The hotel's description is updated for summer season 2020.

LOCATION: 50 m away from the nearest beach, 250m away from the public beach, 100m away from the center of Pomorie resort.
GENERAL INFORMATION: the hotel was built in 1983 and last renovated in year 2010.
CAPACITY: • 7/10-storey buildings • 3 lifts • 2 buildings – Pomorie (136 standard double rooms, max. 2+1 persons, 12 m²) and Pomorie Beach (109 superior double rooms, max. 2+2/3 persons, 16-20 m²) • 12 apartments.
BOARD BASIS: BB (buffet breakfast) / HB (buffet breakfast and dinner) / All Inclusive, see description below.
CHILDREN POLICY: Tourists aged between 4 - 11.99 years old are considered children by the hotel.
